CLOSURES & DISTANCE LEARNING

It is NBCC's utmost priority to remain open and on campus.

However, in instances of unforeseen circumstances that are out of NBCC's control and which impact us locally,    state wide, or nationally, NBCC may now have to impose a temporary closure.

In such cases, NBCC has a quality and developmentally appropriate 'Distance Learning' platform in place for children to stay connected and engaged. Our DL structure is such that children's routines and social emotional learning are prioritized. If this pivot from on campus to off campus learning happens, teachers will communicate schedules, times, and ZOOM links.

Closure examples may be local, state, or national emergencies, natural disasters, pandemics, PG&E power outages, mandated closures, and/or NBCC directed closures due to COVID-19 child or teacher illness and/or exposures. 

During closures, families remain contractually responsible for all financial agreements.
